Chef Sujatha Asokan | Quenino by Victor Liong
Affectionately known as Chef Su, she has a culinary passion deeply rooted in her multicultural upbringing with a Malaysian Chinese mother and a Singaporean Indian father. This rich blend of cultures inspired her love for cooking and creativity in the kitchen, where she enjoys fusing traditional Asian dishes with diverse spices and flavours.

Perched on the fourth floor of The Clan Hotel at Cross Street, QIN Restaurant and Bar is known for its unparalleled views of Singapore’s cityscape and its refined culinary offerings. Following years of culinary excellence, including winning the Best Fusion Restaurant at the Restaurant Association of Singapore Epicurean Awards 2025, the restaurant embarks on a new journey of gastronomy and leadership with the addition of homegrown icon Chef Marvas Ng.
