This With That is Quenino's quarterly excuse to get a little curious with what’s in your glass. Each chapter spotlights a new concept and producer, with pairings designed to play nicely with the restaurant's bold Southeast Asian flavours, without ever feeling heavy or predictable. For our first lunch edition on 31 January, enjoy Quenino’s Insight Menu (S$130) with a complimentary sparkling tea pairing featuring tazaTe from Chengdu and Acala from Kaunas. Thoughtfully crafted with the same nuance you would expect from a fine bottle, these sparkling teas bring brightness, texture, and a finish that lingers, proving that tea can be every bit as compelling as wine.
