Growing Together, Sustaining Change
MARCH 2026
THREE DINNER THEMES | 6, 13, 27 MARCH
This March, Quenino joins Artyzen Singapore in marking International Women’s Day under the hotel-wide theme Growing Together, Sustaining Change.
At Quenino, empowerment is not confined to a single date. It is a daily practice, expressed through how we cook, host, and tell stories through flavour. Led by Chef de Cuisine Sujatha Asokan, this month-long series brings together a circle of collaborators who each represent craft, conviction, and the kind of growth that is built over time. Across three one-off dinners, each menu is created through shared perspective and mutual respect, shaped by nourishment, heritage, and identity, and designed to leave an impact that lasts beyond the night.
Completing the experience is Quenino’s beverage programme, helmed by Julie Jeon, Junior Sommelier (WSET Level 3). Julie curates pairings with a sharp instinct for flavour, texture and acidity across wine, cocktails and thoughtfully crafted non-alcoholic options.

Nourish to Flourish
CHEF SUJATHA ASOKAN X CHEF ACE TAN
5-COURSE DINNER | $160 PER PERSON
The opening dinner frames nourishment as a form of support, with Chef Su and Chef Ace Tan coming together to create a menu rooted in the belief that wellbeing should feel generous, not restrictive. Influenced by health-forward home cooking and early exposure to traditional Chinese medicine through family roots, Chef Ace brings a thoughtful lens to eating clean and well, without sacrificing pleasure.
Designed as a true collaboration, the entire five-course menu is co-created by both chefs, not simply one or two signature dishes. Expect a flavour-forward journey that weaves Singaporean, Chinese and Indian influences into dishes that are as satisfying as they are intentional.
Featuring ingredients traditionally associated with vitality and balance, from ginseng, ginger and turmeric to wolfberry and red yeast, with touches of bird’s nest and collagen-rich elements, the dinner reimagines wellness ingredients in Quenino’s bold, modern style. The result is a menu that proves food can be good for you, and still taste undeniably good, a delicious reminder that when women are nourished with intention, growth becomes more sustainable and more joyful.
Roots, Rewritten
CHEF SUJATHA ASOKAN X CHEF PETRINA LOH
5-COURSE DINNER | $160 PER PERSON
Chef Su is joined by Chef Petrina Loh, the chef-owner of Morsels and one of Singapore’s most distinctive voices in modern cooking. Born and raised in Singapore, Petrina is known for carving her own path, leaving a career in banking to train professionally, returning home with a clear point of view and building Morsels as an ingredient-driven restaurant shaped by curiosity and conviction.
Her cuisine is often described as progressive Asian fusion, informed by food anthropology, fermentation, sustainability, and nourishing ingredients that heal as much as they excite the palate. In this collaboration, the two chefs come together to honour the flavours they grew up with, while rewriting them through technique, memory, and personal expression.
The result is a menu that feels both intimate and forward-looking, a reminder that heritage is not a fixed point, but something that evolves when carried forward with courage.
Proudly, Singapore
CHEF SUJATHA ASOKAN X JAMIE KOH (BRASS LION DISTILLERY)
5-COURSE DINNER | $160 PER PERSON
To close the series, Quenino partners Jamie Koh, Founder of Brass Lion Distillery, for a collaboration rooted in Singaporean pride. Based on the belief that Singapore deserves spirits that reflect its culture, craft, and bold creativity, Brass Lion distils in small batches with Southeast Asian botanicals, capturing the flavours and energy of the Lion City in bottle of gin
This dinner is a celebration of identity claimed with confidence, where local flavour becomes a statement rather than a detail. With a curated Brass Lion drink pairing, the experience explores how Singaporean stories translate when they are crafted with intention, from the plate to the glass.
Brass Lion Pairings All March
Brass Lion drink pairing will also be available throughout March alongside Quenino’s Discovery Menu, extending the collaboration beyond the three dinners and inviting guests to explore Singapore’s flavours through a new lens.
