To complete the experience, elevate your Valentine’s menu with a curated beverage journey designed to move in step with each course. Choose the wine pairing for a progression that starts crisp and mineral, opens into aromatic whites and elegant rosé, builds into a structured red, then finishes with a playful sweet note alongside dessert.  

Prefer something lighter yet just as considered? The sparkling tea pairing brings its own sense of ceremony, with nuanced, terroir-led selections that cleanse, lift and refresh from course to course.  

For a celebratory start, you can also add a half bottle of Champagne or a couple of glasses of pink bubbles to set the mood from the very first toast.
